Swampfest was one of those things I saw online years ago and it just became the monkey on my back. Every year it would come around and it would be too late or Id be too busy to make the trip to Florida. This year I was just as busy but these kinds of events don’t tend to have much longevity due to sponsorship, health & safety etc so knew I had to make this one happen regardless.

Flights booked, shit hotel down the road and a bag of film to travel lightweight into the Florida swamps. Finally made it, I have honestly never experienced anything quite like it with my own eyes. It’s just one of those things that photos will never do it justice. But I sure tried my best.
